Peas (Oregon Giant Snow)

Oregon Giant Snow Peas are flat compared to the more round Sugar Snap Peas.

While snow peas, pods and all, are the perfect addition to stir fry and salads. Or, steam whole pea pods or shelled peas and serve with butter and salt and pepper.
