Garlic
A must-have ingredient for almost every dish. Peel each clove and chop into tiny pieces with a knife and add to spaghetti sauce, stir fry, and everything else. Or, coat an entire head of garlic in olive oil, wrap in foil, and bake for 20 to 30 minutes. Cool, carefully remove cloves one by one and squeeze out the cooked garlic. Mix with butter for a spread. Or add to mashed potatoes, cheese, and sour cream for garlic mashed potatoes.
