Chinese Cabbage is actually a member of the mustard family! It’s also known as Celery Cabbage or Napa Cabbage.

It is a favorite in stir fry and Chinese Chicken salad–use similar to Bok Choy. Or, make Cabbage Rolls from the large leaves.
