We grow all our own vegetables naturally in the 4-acre market garden and the two greenhouses you see past the hay fields behind our store.

As you drive by on Highway 395, you will see us start to prepare the garden beginning in mid-April. Because of the short growing season here in north-eastern Washington, we plant in plastic-covered rows to keep the soil warm and conserve water. We do not use any pesticides or sprays.

Depending on when the first frost is, we pick through nearly the end of September. All the organic matter from the plants goes back into the soil.

Personal garden tours are available throughout the summer by appointment. A group tour is scheduled at least once a year for our CSA subscribers. And visitors to our annual Strawberry Festival will get to enjoy not only the garden, but its luscious bounty!
