What can I expect in my CSA box?

In each weekly box you’ll find…

• Half a dozen farm fresh eggs
• Weekly variety of freshly made artisan bread
• Fresh, local, naturally-grown produce & herbs
• Fresh, local fruit & berries in season

Plus you’ll receive an email newsletter with…

• a menu plan implementing recipes featuring the week’s produce
• preservation tips for some of the vegetables in case you can’t eat them all that week

The vegetables and fruit in your CSA box will appear as they are available seasonally. Below you’ll find a photographic sampling of actual CSA boxes from the Stevens County CSA throughout the past seasons. And remember, even if it’s not pictured, you’ll always get bread and eggs along with each week’s fruit and produce.

Think you might not be able to eat it all?  New this year is the small size CSA box, which will include approximately half the fruits and vegetables—sometimes smaller sizes, sometimes less variety.
